Currently I am the Southeast Missouri representative for the Missouri Alternative Schools Educator Network.
I began working at the Sikeston Alternative Center in 2014.
I have worked in education for 29 years. The first 10 years I taught history and physical education. I coached basketball, softball, baseball and track. The last 19 years I have been in administration. I was a building administrator at Morehouse Elementary, Lee Hunter Elementary and the Alternative Center.
I have been married for 29 years to my wife Kristi. She is a second grade teacher at Wing Elementary. We have three children who all graduated from Sikeston. My oldest daughter, Kalli, is a nurse. My youngest daughter, Jayci, works in public relations. My son, Spencer, attends Missouri State University.
My hobbies would be teaching a fitness class at the YMCA, playing pickleball and writing short stories. I also enjoy following all sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinals and the Sikeston Bulldogs! We are very active in our church and enjoy time with our families.
